6. No custody of customer funds

TerraScan does not hold, custody, or have discretionary access to your brokerage account, cash, securities, or other assets. Any trades you make are executed solely by you through your own broker, on your own authority. In the case of the "Build Your Bot" service, the customer owns and operates the configured software on their own brokerage account; TerraScan provides setup and onboarding only and does not manage the account thereafter.

The Services may reference or display data, charts, news, or other content from third-party sources. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party content. Market data may be delayed.
